Powerful Holy Spirit encounter at a men’s drug and alcohol rehab center
We were taken, by our precious sister, pastor Rosa, to minister at a drug and alcohol rehab center in Lima. I share the word of God to these 60 men. They all listened very closely, while I shared about our oldest son Richard, and how he had been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
I led them in a prayer of repentance, and especially renouncing any form of rebellion in their lives. These men, nearly every one of them were hungry for the word of God, and longing to be set free of all addictions.
Afterward, pastor Rosa wanted Joyce and I to lay hands on all who wanted a touch by the Holy Spirit, they all, with the exception of one atheist; were lined up to receive.
Joyce and I laid hands on them,seeing the Holy Spirit moving on each one, as they were receiving a revelation of the father’s love. Many were overwhelmed by the Lord’s presence, to the point they could not stand, and several of them came back in line for another touch by the Holy Spirit. There was great Holy Spirit fire; and because of that deliverance and healing were happening.
This was an unscheduled stop, but one of the most powerful ones of the trip. We love those moments, when people are touched. One young man came to me and told me that he was diagnosed as being schizophrenic. I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him with a deep father’s hug, and he begin to weep in a very loud manner. This affected everyone in the room. I felt that several times as we prayed over them, our heavenly father was there pouring out his love and acceptance over these men.
As we were leaving, the head administrator was standing by the door and he said; “Thanks; this house is your house, please return again. We will be looking for you the next time; we loved how you ministered to these men”
Thank you Jesus, for your love and compassion to the lowly of heart!!
Disciples from our Peru 2018 trip (she took authority)
Rosa, 67, was excited to share what was going on in her life since we prayed for her one year ago (2018). Last year we prayed for her and other issues, and gave her a book: “Healing the Whole Man” by Joan Hunter. Rosa had traveled to Argentina, and during her three month stay there, she started laying hands on and praying for people and said; “Things started happening”.
She took authority; now realizing and knowing she has authority and can expect miracles, and waits for them to happen.
Some of her testimonies: (1) A baby was healed of cancer, by her laying on of hands. (2) She laid hands on a lady in church who had a tumor, three days later she was told that the lady no longer has a tumor.
Rosa took the book we’d given her and read it. The book tells you to speak to the body and then, she started applying it, and things started happening. Rosa has asked the Lord at the time of her salvation, for the gift of healing. The Lord blessed her with this healing ministry. Last year;Rosa asked for prayer for her left knee, today there is no problem. Also last year; she asked for prayer for a shoulder problem; today there is no problem with her shoulder. Another prayer last year was; for her husband and his behavior toward her, she said, this has changed because he is changing. The final from last year; was for herwayward son living in Italy. He sent her a picture of him holding a Bible over his head and saying ; “Nothing is impossible with God”. Glory to God!!!
Before we parted, we gave her an assignment; “Take this book “Healing the Whole Man” and give it to another woman. Let the Holy Spirit direct you to the right woman, someone that you can disciple.
Rosa said; “Thank you, I know who that lady is”. Thank you Jesus for the healing ministry that you have ordained for Rosa!
Pastor battling cancer, then came the good report
Pastor Victor, 73, was confined to a wheelchair, due to a cancerous tumor in his small toe, which moved up into his hip and groin. This is a very aggressive cancer. He showed us pictures of the tumor, which was growing outwardly and very ugly with all of its open sections that appeared like eyes. Pastor worked in the mission field, but this is all stopped due to the cancer.
We addressed with him about forgiveness! He admitted he had some issues with another pastor, who was a friend. There were some bad things happening between them. Pastor Victor chose to forgive him, and not carry this burden any longer. His eyes teared up when he talked about it. We now felt we had the authority to ( Mark 11: 23-26); Lay hands on him and curse the cancer at the root and cause of its existence.
One week later, after our visit, we were in another church in the same district. We received word that, Pastor Victor and went to the doctor for tests, after our visit. The doctors were amazed, the report was the cancer was no longer growing but starting to regress and shrink. Thank you Jesus for your healing power, and what you did at the cross!
Prostitute repents, and has her eye sight restored
Fantina, 25, mocked God and the believers in the church. One morning upon awakening, she could not see. She’d been a prostitute, in jail, and also admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Her history was drugs, alcohol and making money by being a hooker. Now, she was living with her mother, and said that all of her background was being revealed to her after she lost her sight.
We took her through a process of forgiving people. The first one to forgive was her mother (who had also been a prostitute at one time).
Then, she renounced all soul ties, and any ungodly covenants transmitted from sexual partners. Also, we prayed against generational curses. Now, we had the right to use our authority to lay hands on her.
Joyce laid hands on her eyes, spoke to her retina; came against the tumor in her head. Also, she cursed the spirit of trauma, and spoke wholeness into these areas. Also, she spoke into the immune system, cursed the spirit of infirmity, and exposed that prostitute spirit, all in Jesus name!
Immediately after Joyce removed her fingers from her eyes, her vision was improved instantly. She began to cry because her vision was restored, the nausea and dizziness are gone. She Said: “I feel totally different now”. Thank you Jesus, you are the great physician!
Change of heart, she forgave her mother and father
Carmen, 76, lived through a very tough life, going clear back to her childhood. She has great regrets about her past; being kicked out of her house at the age of 15, and forced to survive by means of prostitution, which caused her to have many abortions. She had many bad memories of her father beating her mother, and then her mother eventually rejecting her.
We discussed with her the need to forgive them both. She said; “I don’t have any peace about my parents, who are now both deceased”. They rejected me, while showing great favor to my siblings.
We prayed with her to forgive both; and she was ready to let all these bad thoughts go.
After prayer she said; “I feel like a heavy burden came out of me”. Joyce prayed for her and came against; generational curses, any soul ties from sexual partners, guilt of all the abortions, and any sexual covenants. Also, Joyce laid hands on her and prayed over her legs and back pain, coming against bronchitis, fibromyalgia issues and also bound up the spirit of trauma in her life.
Carmen jumped up and said; “the pain is gone, she said I feel renewed and free, I am free, I am free.”
Carmen started doing all kinds of motions of freedom; moving, walking, stomping her feet, she said; “I felt something leave my chest”. I feel renewed! Jesus you are the healer, the deliver, and the restorer!
Lady psychologist set free of guilt, in the loss of her son
Marybell, 53, a psychologist and was living with her family in Lima, Peru. To further her career, she had taken a job in the high country of Peru to help drug and alcohol addicts.
Her husband stayed in Lima with their two sons. While Marybell was in the highlands, some eight hours away,. Their youngest son, while playing with his father had an aneurysm and died very unexpectedly.
Marybell has now been dealing with cancer, along with other issues going on in her body.
After asking questions and seeing a timeframe of when all of this trauma had happened, we felt Marybell was carrying a lot of guilt about not being there when her child died. The guilt and the regrets were causing her to have thoughts like; “If I was there, maybe I could have done something”.
We prayed with Marybell to be released from the trauma, stress, fear, guilt, condemnation, Shame, and regrets. Later she prayed to forgive herself.
After prayer; she said, she feels lots of peace, I feel very calm, heavy stuff came out of me. She also said: “I never talked to anyone about my son’s death”. We told her that God is not in the payback business; but the enemy would want you to believe that God is holding this against you; that’s a lie!
Marybell said; “I feel restoration in my life now; I would have never connected the two together” (her physical problems, connected with the loss of her son). The Holy Spirit is awesome, he brings truth to the table of healing!
Praise report from our visit in 2018, and what the Lord did
Dalina, 64, came to us for prayer one year ago suffering with several issues. She complained of stomach problems, pain in her ovaries, uncontrollable urine patterns, and incontinence. We asked her; what is the status of all these issues today? She said; “They are all healed, none of them are an issue anymore”.
Also stating last year they wanted to do surgery for a hernia, and the doctors decided to do one last test. They took the test and the doctor said; “Get out of this hospital nothing is wrong with you”. Thank you Jesus, for what you did in Dalina!!
Young man battling against AIDS; forgave an uncle for molesting him
Arquinedes, 22, shares how he was molested by his uncle at the age of 6. Arquinedes was diagnosed with AIDS last year (2018). He had symptoms of headaches, vomiting and other issues. His uncle, is now in prison serving 30 years for this crime, who violated him into a homosexual lifestyle. His parents are pastors of the church in Venezuela.
Arquinedes, has recently made a decision that he wants no longer to live this lifestyle; and asked Jesus into his heart. He has repented of the rebellion in his life. He loves his parents, and he now prays for them often. Also, we led him in a prayer to forgive his uncle.
Then,we prayed for the HIV, cursed the prions and commanded the pH balance to be restored. We had him repent of any pride, rebellion and idols of sexual behavior. We broke all word curses and false labels, and any lie that he had believed. We spoke restoration and healing throughout his body.
Arquinedes, kept saying, thank you, thank you. He said; “I want a big hug from you”, so we all accommodated him.
Thank you Jesus, your will is always to restore, you said; “I will”.
A Hug from God
Gerardo, 43, went through surgery for a brain tumor. He lost his wife to another man, and ended up getting divorced. He grieves over the divorce, and the fact that he cannot see his 18-year-old son. He asked for prayer for a colon issue, throat pain, inflammation problems, and that his heart would be healed from the divorce.
After prayer he said; “my throat problem is gone”. When Joyce hugged him he said; “It felt like a hug from God”.
The presence of God, changes everything!!
