Why are you crying, you should be rejoicing
Elizabeth, a 59-year-old lady, who we ministered to on one of our previous trips, begin to cry when she told us about her financial situation. She had been in debt to the bank, and her home was about to be taken from her. She shared how all of her brothers and sisters came to her aid, and pooled their money together and paid off her debt. She was debt free, and surprisingly she was still crying over her losses.
I shared with her, why are you crying? You should be rejoicing that your debt has been paid; these should be tears of joy. You have wonderful, loving and caring brothers and sisters, that came to your aid; you have a wonderful family. Elizabeth needed to hear this! We also rejoice that all of our debt has been paid, by Jesus. We have been redeemed!
No more pain in the knees, legs, arms and feet
Teresa, 71, had been dealing with anxiety, blood pressure problems, eye problems, and pain in her legs, feet, knees, and also her arms. Teresa was a Christian, but had a habit of saying religious comments about her condition, and yet continued to carry around all of her burdens. We expressed to her how this is being double minded. After realizing what we were saying, she repented and asked the Lord to forgive her of this double mindedness, along with all the worry. We led her in a prayer, to lay all these concerns at the foot of the cross. This was a big step of faith for her. Note: Spiritual matters had to be dealt with first, before there could be a physical healing.
Joyce Laid hands on her, and spoke into all those issues (spoke to the mountain), and after that Teresa said: “All the pain in my legs, feet, arms and knees are gone”, she was astounded. Praise you Jesus!
“I want the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and I want to speak in other tongues”
Deborah, was an interpreter for us, who worked at the Christian school: “School of tomorrow”. After one of our sessions at the school she said: “Would you pray for me, I would love to speak in other tongues”? We did pray for her, and she got gloriously baptized in the Holy Spirit, and begin to speak in other tongues. Jesus you are the baptizer in the Holy Spirit and with power!
I want God to be part of my future
Oriana, a 32-year-old girl from Venezuela, came to Lima Peru to start a new life because of the problems in her country. She is seeking for direction, as to what to do with her life. We shared with her how Jesus wants to be part of her life, and will direct her steps, if she will let him. We expressed to her how she needs to open up her heart to eternal solutions, not just immediate needs. She agreed, and then prayed to receive Jesus into her heart. She said: “I now feel peace, I am calmed down and I am not concerned”. Thank you Jesus, that you carry all of our burdens! We told her to never forget this day, it is your day of true salvation.
She chose to forgive her mother of playing favorites
Carmen, a 58-year-old lady, had carried unforgiveness and bad memories towards her mother, especially, of her mother playing favorites. She had been carrying feelings of being inferior, and rejected. Carmen has had back pain for 38 years, caused by sports. We shared how unforgiveness and trauma, can cause ongoing physical problems. She prayed with us: and from her heart, she chose to forgive her mother. Joyce laid hands on her, and spoke into all those back issues of pain. She said she feels lighter from the prayer of forgiveness, and all the pain (38 years worth) was gone out of her back. Thank you Jesus, that when you heal, it is 100% Done!
Marriage counseling 101
Jorge and Leonilla, Came asking for prayer for their son who Lives with them. Their son is causing many problems in their home! Leonilla is a strong-willed, controlling type person, and spends her time telling her husband about his faults. Jorge is trying to be a leader of the family, but gets discouraged by all the negative that comes from his wife.
After spending much time with them, and pointing out issues they need to work on, we had them face each other and forgive one another, and instructed them to quit keeping score towards each other.
We shared: the change will come in your son, when the two of you are bonded together in love and unity, and honor is positioned back in your marriage, and not before. The question to them was: “If you continue the way you are, how can you expect things to change?” Holy Spirit, you are the true counselor!
A Holy Spirit encounter
Elsa, a 67-year-old lady, lost her husband to cancer two months ago. Elsa had pain in her shoulders, legs, and a deviated spine. Joyce laid hands on her, and she encountered a major movement, as the Holy Spirit was adjusting her pelvis. As Joyce continued to lay hands on her, Elsa had a deep encounter with the Holy Spirit all over her body. There was a powerful move of healing, with the Holy Spirit visibly doing things.
Elsa got so excited she started jumping around, and said: “all the pain is gone, everywhere”. She was so excited and filled with gratitude, she took the ring off of her finger and gave it to Joyce as a gift. What an awesome experience, watching her being totally set free. Praise you Jesus!
“Now I don’t want to be away from Jesus”
Thomas, the 39-year-old son of Elsa, was dealing with stomach problems, testicle issues, and hemorrhoids. After asking him if he was a christian, he said: “I am”. After giving us more information, and his own words convicting him, he said: “I want to commit to Jesus”. He prayed and recommitted his life to Jesus. We shared with Thomas; how God has great plans for him, things that he cannot even imagine, let God have his way in your life.Then I laid hands on him and spoke to all those areas: Thomas said: “When you prayed over me, I felt my testicle doing something”. I asked how do you feel, since you asked Jesus into your heart? Thomas said “before I had Jesus in my head, but now he’s in my heart and I don’t want to be away from Jesus”. Praise be to the great “ I Am”!
Missionaries from Venezuela
(Charles and Francis Hunter connection)
Luis and Belkus, have been in the ministry for over 33 years as missionaries. Belkus had 3 herniated discs, high blood pressure, and stomach inflammation. As Joyce laid hands on her she had an unbelievable experience with the Holy Spirit. She fell back into the chair and sat there in another zone, as the Holy Spirit was working through her body. Her arms, neck, and back were all now, pain free.
Luis had trouble with his spine. After growing out his legs, all the pain was gone from the spine area.
They shared how they were inspired by Charles and Francis Hunter and their ministry. To their surprise, we shared with them how we were trained under their ministry. They were ecstatic when they heard this, and also how we were ordained under their daughter, Joan Hunter. They really got excited when we gave them a copy of the book “Healing the Whole Man”, in Spanish. It was like a gift from heaven! The Lord arranged such a neat connection with these missionaries. We were honored to be with them! Jesus you are the great arranger!
Headaches since he was 8 years old, healed
Enrique, a 36-year-old man, suffered from neck, back, and chest pains, stomach problems and a long history of headaches going clear back to the age of 8. After laying hands on him, he said he feels no pain anywhere. The headaches are gone! He said: “Thank you Jesus for healing me”. We asked him if he ever asked Jesus into his heart? He said: “No, but I want to”. He prayed with us to receive Jesus into his life, and into his heart. Praise the Lord, for he was lost but now is found!!
87 year old man’s hearing, restored
Silverio, 87, asked for prayer or high blood pressure, prostate issues, pain in his legs, and for poor hearing. After laying hands on him, we spoke healing into all those areas. Then, we put his hearing to the test, by speaking softly and stepping further back each time we spoke. Silverio was surprised, he could hear, he turned around and responded: “I can hear a lot better”. Thank you Jesus!
Lady received a complete healing from the Holy Spirit
Flor, a 67-year-old lady, wanted prayer for gastritis, pain in her legs, shoulder pain, and pain going from her knees, clear down to her feet. Joyce grew out her arms and legs. Flor said, she felt her leg grow out, and also said: “the burning pain in my stomach is gone, the shoulder pain is gone, and the pain from my knees down to my feet is also gone. Flor received a total healing from the Holy Spirit.
0
