Isaiah 6:8
We started our journey to Medellion on Sunday November 27, 2011 and arrived in Medellion about 10:30 pm Sunday night. We were picked up by Jorge and his son Felipe. We would stay at Jorge and Angela’s apartment for five day, they also were our interpreters for the entire trip. The plan was that we would be working with three churches, teaching on how to pray for the sick “by laying on of hands”, Mark 16:15-18. We would use teaching videos from Charles and Frances Hunter, in Spanish.
Our first church was Pastor Alpidio’s , which we ministered at briefly a year ago. Our first session of teaching was on Monday evening. We showed the first hour of the training video and after that had some of the trainees come up and learned how to lay hands on the sick. Several of the women were unable to lay in their beds without pain, due to back issues. The trainees laid hands on these women, then asked them to lay on the stage, turn and roll like they were in their bed. Each would get up and say I couldn’t lay like that without pain, before tonight. The trainees were amazed how God would use them to heal those with back problems. Thank you Jesus!
Our second day of teaching (Tuesday), started with us talking about the gifts of the Holy Spirit, being baptized in the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues and how important it is to receive the gift and use it everyday. Almost the whole class of approximately 20 came up to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
We once again had the trainees come up and pray over the other trainees. Eyes were healed, headaches gone, colon issues were prayed over, back and neck problems prayed for and even a young girl with gallstones was prayed for. The faith of the trainees was beginning to develop as they saw the Lord using them to heal others. Some of the healings were instantly, with the rest being confirmed with a Doctors visit.
Tuesday evening came with another training video. Followed by us asking for testimonies, at which time a lady we had prayed for that morning, who was suffering from glaucoma, came forward and declared her vision has become better and her sight clearer. Another lady came forward and said her back pain is gone and was able to clean her house with no pain. Fabricio, an elder of the church, talked about his healing from a year ago, we had prayed for him because he couldn’t walk much. Today he is doing great. Many of the testimonies of healing came from the trainees putting into practice the teaching of the videos. Thank you Jesus!!
A young woman who was seeking prayer for a skin problem, we asked her if she knew Jesus. She said she knows about Him and that he died for her sins. We asked if she knew Him as her Lord and Savior, to which she replied “No”. She prayed with us at this time to receive Jesus into her heart, after which Joyce prayed over her skin issue. The young lady said she felt heat and tingling in her body. After that I asked her if she wanted the full power of the Holy Spirit in her life, which she said yes to. She received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, she was a little hesitant at first, but started to speak in tongues, as she had a big smile. I asked her what she was experiencing, she said “a stirring down in my belly” that she couldn’t keep from coming up. She then went and embraced her mom. Thank you Jesus!
Later that evening, Eva, one of the trainees asked if we would go to her home and pray over one of her sisters. There were four sisters in this large house. Maria, the one that needed prayer was laid up in her bed with osteoporosis, she had been bed ridden ever since was forced to come home from a vacation in Egypt. We laid hands on her and commanded her body to absorb calcium and other necessary mineral to regenerate new and strong bones in the body. She said that she felt heat up and down her back and peace over her body. We prayed for her to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and she began to speak in other tongues. She said that she felt peace and joy.
2. Another sister had a back problem, we grew her legs out and she now was able to get out of a chair without bracing herself. Another sister we prayed over her hearing and extreme pain in her arm, pain went right away. We told her not to throw away her hearing aid, you will know if you need it. They all had stories to tell about their childhood days and sitting at sewing machines for endless hours until it caused problems with their spines and posture.
Wednesday (day 3) morning session started with a training video. After a lady came to us and said, “ Do you remember me from a year ago?” Her name was Martha and a year ago she had an extreme sad look on her, at that time we had a lady named Sandra who broke into holy laughter, go and lay hands on her and hug her. We didn’t know that she was grieving the loss of her son from asthma which happened 12 years earlier. At our visit a year ago we were very limited with time so we did not have enough time to pray over her. Martha was better, but still grieving. She said she prayed and said to the Lord, “Lord, if you want me to be whole again bring those people back.” She said she was so excited when she found out we were coming back. Joyce prayed over her that the Holy Spirit would go deep into the wounds of her heart with the healing Balm of Gilead and close the wounds and bring healing and restoration, in the name of Jesus, she broke the Spirit of grief over her and hugged her. Joyce laid hands on her and the Holy Spirit continued to minister to her.
Many were healed that morning through the trainees. Eyes were corrected (one ladies good eye was being strained because the other eye was having a problem), hearing restored, spines straightened.
Wednesday evening we started with a hour training video, followed with more testimonies at which time Eva, who’s house we were at the night before, came up and shared about her sister Maria. Who had a good nights rest and was up out of bed interacting with her sisters and full of joy. Eva in her limited English said “I am so happy, the Lord has restored my sister.” Another lady, Sandra came up to us before the service and gave us both hugs. She is the lady that had Holy Laughter a year ago and at that time we spoke that she would cross paths with the man that would become her husband. She informed us that she is now engaged to get married.
After praise and worship, I had a chance to share on John 5:1-8, “the water are still stirring”. We invited the whole church to come up to step into the stirring waters. Many began to speak in tongues for the first time and we laid hands on each person and spoke the fire of the Holy Spirit into them.
Joyce laid hands on the guitar player and spoke a new thyroid into her, she also prayed over her back and felt her vertebra move and her shoulders moved back to being level , the pain and discomfort was gone.
For the Thursday (day 4) morning session we watched a hour video and did some teaching especially about being persistent, you will make mistakes and learn from your mistakes. We also talked about how important it is to use the gift of speaking in tongues, a kingdom language that the Lord wants you to use daily. We share with them a few of our experiences of how speaking in tongues was interceding for our well being and others. Eva came up and shared how last night she was awakened to pray in tongues, so she was obedient to do it. After awhile the word “scoliosis” came to her. Shortly after she got a release and went back to sleep. We shared how “boldness” increases “faith” and faith brings “promotion”.
We prayed over a young man, Santiago, the brother of the young boy who died from asthma, 12 years ago. We prayed over several emotional issues as he had become very timid, plus issues relating to his deceased brother. After that he wanted to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and he received his prayer language. He said he went to the back of the church and felt like he was going to vomit. He came back up front with a boldness, he was a different person. I had him pray over a man, only later to find out that it was his uncle, who had eye issues, high blood pressure and needed a job after three years of unemployment. He asked to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. He got it all, his prayer language, Santiago prayed for his eyes, blood pressure and we believe that the Lord has a job ready for him. Santiago prayed over him with a bold faith, wow!
3. Thursday afternoon we returned to Jorge and Angela’s apartment, when Angela took us to the second level
to visit a lady, “Luzmila” age 65. Who had surgery two days prior. Luzmila survived breast cancer a few years back, but had to go in for a hysterectomy, plus took lumps from inside her bowel and she would get the results in 20 days. We talked to her about how Jesus wants her well, she was very open and said that she wants all the God has for her. She asked Jesus into her heart and received the baptism of the Hold Spirit. We laid hands on her and cursed the cancer. Prayed healing over the incision and total restoration. We asked her what she experienced, she said there was heat in that area and she felt better and had peace. We told her when she gets the good report from her doctor, that she should tell everyone how Jesus healed, saved and baptized her in the Holy Spirit.
Day five, Friday, started with a training video followed by prayer, when a young lady came forward. Anna Marie, who happened to be Santiago’s sister. Joyce laid hands on her for endometriosis, sinus issues and spinal problems. Anna was very open and we believed she received her healing and she got baptized in the Holy Spirit, with speaking in tongues. We continued to see when we prayed for someone for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, we see the Holy Spirit breaking down old fears and issues holding them captive. Tears usually came to their eyes. A freedom that is new to them and a Holy boldness comes over them. Those rivers of living water are flowing up out of their belly and with it comes a lot of joy. Anna Marie walked to her seat filled with that joy. Thank you Jesus!
A young married couple came up for prayer for their marriage and their business. The man was reluctant to be up asking for prayer and said his mother-in-law forced him to come up. They said they both know the Lord Jesus as their savior, so they both got baptized in the Holy Spirit and spoke in other tongues. They returned to their seats to only come back up later with big smiles on their face, as they stated they feel a burden lifted and a new peace about their marriage, never felt before.
A middle aged man who had experienced a divorce, came up with his two children, for prayer. He wanted the Holy Spirit to impart the gift of tongues into him, which came to pass as we prayed over him. At which time, he began to confess some unforgiveness toward his father and ex-wife. He got a release after that and got his joy back. What a blessing to see people being set free.
One of the trainees came up and asked for prayer for a soar throat, we prayed over her and then prayed over her to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. Her tongue was bound like she couldn’t talk so we kept working with her and it broke loose and she started weeping and she started to speak and it began to flow out of her, it was a powerful breakthrough for her.
We then had all the trainees come up, (a total of 18 went through the training and received their certificates) Joyce and I laid hands on them and prayed an importation into them, and some received words of knowledge and prophetic words from the Lord. They were all being equipped for the Friday night healing explosion. They were all excited.
Friday evening, Pastor Alpidio brought his wife ”Olga” and his grandson up for prayer. For Olga we prayed a creative miracle, a new thyroid. His grandson, “David”, who one year ago was healed of flat feet, was now asking for us to pray over his eyes. We spoke new retina, creative miracle and perfect vision. About 10 minutes later he was in the back of the church reading without his contacts. Thank you Jesus!
The team was now ready to minister. We had four teams of two come up and position themselves for laying on of hands. Each team began to minister and the Lord was healing many of back problems, not being able to lay in bed and sleep , stomachs and colons, hearing, vision and shoulders. The confidence and faith of the teams went to a new level, Joyce and I just watched them and directed them if they needed it. Many were baptized in the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues. We were so pleased with the teams launching out and the Lord was healing people through their faith and boldness.
4. After the service, Pastor Alpidio laid hand on Joyce, Jorge, Angela and myself, that was a powerful way to end the day. As the teams were leaving they were all filled with joy, singing and declaring what the Lord had done.
Saturday we moved across the city to Pastor Fernando’s church, on the opposite side of town. In route, we stopped at a hospital, where a member of Pastor Alpidio’s church had asked we stop, to visit his sister, who was suffering from colon cancer, fever, inability to eat and kidney infection. When we entered the room, Liliana was in bed not feeling well, her sister, Dora, was at her bedside. They were happy that we came, we shared the word of God with her and how God wants to heal her now. She was ready to receive. Joyce and I spoke into those areas of the body, like when Jesus spoke to the fig tree, He cursed it’s roots, we also cursed the cancer in her body to the roots. After that I asked her if she ever asked Jesus into her heart and she said, “No”, I asked if she would like to, to which she said, “Yes”. She prayed to receive Jesus as her Lord and Savior, and I noticed her sister bowed her head and prayed it also. After that I asked all three, the brother and two sisters if they wanted to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. They all wanted more, so we prayed with them. Liliana, while laying in bed began to sing in tongues, the brother began speaking in tongues, Dora struggled with it so we laid hands on her and she got slain in the spirit and got up with a big smile, while speaking in tongues and hugging everyone. The sister in bed said: This has got to be of God because Dora doesn’t hug anyone, she’s not a hugger. The joy of the Lord totally took over that hospital room. Liliana’s fever had broke, she was getting hungry and was wanting to eat. We believe the infection and cancer are gone. Jesus came into their lives and changed them forever. Thank you Jesus!
We then met up with Pastor Fernando and he took us on a tour of his church, he was now broadcasting on TV in Columbia and into Miami, FL. He showed us his TV studio and how excited he was that they were broadcasting everyday. What a blessing to see how much their church has grown from one year ago.
We would now be ministering in Pastor Fernando’s church and Pastor Wilmur’s church. We stayed at Pastor Wilmur’s home with his family.
Sunday arrived and Pastor Fernando picked us up for church, they have two services. At the second service I got the opportunity to share a message titled “The power of your words”, we speak God’s word and He says, ”So be it”. Jorge, who interpreted the message, that was being broadcast in Columbia and Miami, has expressed a desire to start a business of an interpreting service. A few days later we learned that someone called and wanted to get his phone number and use his services. What a blessing for Jorge. At the close of the message, I gave an invitation to all those who wanted to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and to speak in tongues. To our surprise, about 75% of the church body came forward. The Holy Spirit moved in a powerful way and Joyce and Pastor Fernando were moving about and laying hands on them. Many began to speak in tongues, there was a great hunger there for more of God in their lives. I had one lady come up and tell us what she felt: a heat and things going on in her belly. The rivers of living water were coming up out of her belly.
After the service, Joyce and I prayed over several people for healings. We also got to see and greet many of our friends from our last visit, a year ago.
As we were visiting, a young woman came up to us and asked if we remembered her from last year. We said sorry we didn’t. She said you prayed over me for scoliosis and after you left, I went to the Doctor and confirmed that my spine was normal, and the scoliosis was no more. She agreed to share that testimony at the next Sunday service. Thank you Jesus!
Monday we started a hour teaching video at Pastor Fernando’s church., a 2 pm session with people coming in as they would get off work. After the video, we had some come up who needed to be prayed for. A young named Juan, who gave his life to Christ, 15 days prior, had been delivered from a life of drugs and violence, came up and wanted prayer for a his leg (femur), from a gun shot wound, which cause him to walk with a turned out leg. We had Maria come up and pray over him, we instructed her what to do. Maria had the power of the Holy Spirit going through her with such force, that as she laid hands on him, her whole body
5 shook, vibrantly. One of the trainees came up and asking if Maria should be laying hands on people when that is going on and I told her, “We will let the fruit prove it”. While Maria was laying hands on him, one of his shoulders visibly jumped up to be in perfect alignment with the other. After that we had Juan walk
across the room and his limp was gone, the pain was gone and his leg was turned in alignment with his other foot. You could see the freedom come over this man, pain gone out of his back and shoulders. He was jumping with joy and said I haven’t felt this good for a long time. We witnessed the fruit of the spirit and with it came joy. Thank you Jesus for the new man.
We finished training at Pastor Fernando’s church and was taken over to Pastor Wilmur’s church, for the start of the 6 pm service. After a powerful praise and worship time, we shared a hour video on “How to heal the sick” in Spanish. We then called all who wanted to receive their prayer language through the baptism of the Holy Spirit, after teaching on speaking in tongues. Many received their prayer language, a lot of freedom came over the congregation. After that we had some lady who needed healing come up, and Martha one of the trainees came up and laid hands on this lady for neck problems. Martha was blessed to see God using her to hear this ladies neck problem. Another lady had pain in her ear, which caused a hearing issues, was healed through the trainees hands. These people are all hungry to learn and be used by God, to touch people and see them healed, The faith level was growing and all it took was a little encouragement. Thank you Jesus for another powerful day!
Tuesday we were picked up by Pastor Fernando and his wife, Lucy, at Pastor Wilmur’s house. Our training session started out with a hour video on healing. After the video, I happened to notice five people sitting in the back of the church. They all seemed somewhat reluctant about being there. Sitting there with their stern look on their faces, I invited them to come up front, They finally came up. As we found out later these five people were people who knew Juan, the man that has been a Christian for 15 days. One of the woman being his mother, shared with us later in the session, because of the radical changes in Juan’s life and the healings he received especially his back and his ability to walk normal and also how God has changed his desires, they came to find out why and how Juan is this new person.
We asked if someone wanted to come up and be prayed over by a trainee. A lady, one out of the group of five, came up and she said she has osteoarthritis, a condition that develops because of cartilage deterioration. The trainee laid hands on her and we showed her how to speak to the issue. The lady had a surprising look on her face and said the pain was gone and she had new mobility. I asked if she knew Jesus as her Lord and savior, she said she didn’t, and I asked her if she wanted to ask Jesus into her heart and she said yes. The lady prayed and received Jesus into her heart, than went and sat down.
Next came up Juan’s mother, she was one of the group of five, she had a very suppressed look about her. She had a growth over her one eye, diabetes, and high blood pressure. We had one of the trainees pray over her. We believe the Lord gave her a new pancreas, and that the blood pressure return to normal. She also gave her heart to Jesus. The heaviness was gone and joy came in. Next up was the husband of the lady healed of osteoarthritis who wanted pray for blood pressure and varicose veins in his legs. Once again a trainee prayed and spoke into those areas. We asked him what he experienced and he said heat in his body. He also asked Jesus into his heart and he said he received his healing.
The other couple came up for prayer and we had a trainee pray over them, the man received pray for sensations going on in his legs and poor alignment of his feet. The pain and sensations in the legs was gone and the alignment was being corrected. They also asked Jesus to come into their lives. After that we had them all come up again and they were all asked if they want to be baptized in the Holy Spirit, all eagerly said yes. As we prayed over them to be baptized in the Holy Spirit the lady of the last couple broke into holy laughter, it was uncontainable she could not hold it back and it went on for 10-15 minutes. The rest of the people started to laugh, there was a powerful move of joy that came over the whole group and several began to speak in tongues. The lady healed of osteoarthritis came up and asked us, why did one shake, another had holy laughter, and another was slain, but nothing happened to me? We asked her a few questions and the Holy Spirit said there was a spirit of fear on her. So we prayed over her and cast off that
spirit of fear, and she got slain in the spirit and laid there for at least 30 seconds. When she got up she said 6.
that the fear was gone and she had total peace, the doubt and unbelief were gone. We could see the freedom in her countenance. The group of five that came in were all changed forever. “thank you Jesus”
Tuesday evening at Pastor Wilmur’s church we showed another 1 hours video. We had testimonies for being baptized in the Holy Spirit the night before . One lady went to work and went into the bathroom she started to experience heat and fire inside her and she began praying in tongues fervently. Another lady couldn’t wait to go home to sleep after the Holy Spirit came upon her, she says usually I don’t sleep well, but she said she slept like a queen. Another lady named Martha said she went home and to bed and had a song continually in her mind, she couldn’t sleep so she got up danced with joy before the Lord. The joy was with her all day. Another got up and said she got healed in her neck the bad pain was gone. Many spoke in tongues for the first time when we prayed over them Monday night. Another lady in the church said she prayed with a patient and received Christ in her heart. A co-worker who was the patients daughter came into the room and saw a garbage bag full of medicine, the patient declaring she was going to get well and would not need all that medicine. The patient went home, the co-worker, daughter calls the lady that prayed with her and said: “I don’t know what you did to my mom, but she is O.K. and went home” thank you Jesus
Wednesday morning Joyce and I and Wilmur were to visit a drug addiction rehab center.. In route we were to pick up our interpreter, Jorge, at his work place. Jorge took us on a tour of his project that he was working on. He had a two man crew installing a composite decking on walkways for a nature center. Jorge showed us the project and introduced us to his two workers, after talking with them and Jorge telling us how he has been talking to them about Jesus, we asked them if they were ready to receive Jesus as their Lord and savior and they said yes. They prayed with us and they also got baptized in the Holy Spirit and began, with a little coaching, speaking in other tongues. Thank you Lord for the divine appointments.
We arrived at the drug addiction center and was taken up stairs to meet the administrator Pastor Elias and his wife Araceli. After hearing their hearts and vision, Elias who also was a drug addict at one time. They asked us what we would like to do, they said you have freedom to minister to out 11 men, we said we would like to share God’s word, pray over anyone needing physical or emotional needs, and pray for them for the power of the Holy Spirit. Elias was excited and he said lets do it. After sharing the word, we prayed over a man who has limited arm ability from a gunshot wound. After we laid hand on him the Lord restored full mobility to his arm. After him there was a man who have suffered a stroke. He was very limited with his walking and he had contractures on his hand from the stroke. We commanded the brain to send the proper communication to the body to function normally. After this we had him walk across the room and each time he did the restrictions were starting to go. We asked how he does on steps, he said I need help and handrails. We had him go down a set of steps and go up, he went up without any assistance and he did it with no pain, a graceful flow to his motion and no handrail help. We prayed over his hand and commanded his fingers to open up. After working with him and him extending his faith, his fingers started to straighten out, thank you Jesus.
One young man could not put his arm behind his back form an old injury. We prayed over his arms and shoulder and he went and put his arm behind his back with no pain mobility totally restored. His face lighted up with a big smile. The same young man asked for prayer for bipolar, so we lead him in a prayer of forgiveness from traumas suffered at a younger age, and we cast out that spirit of Bipolar disorder. The young man was slain in the spirit and he laid there for about 2 minutes. He got up and had a big smile on his face and he was filled with laughter. Another young man came up for Bipolar also we prayed over him and saw similar results. Out of the eleven there were nine of them came up for prayer and the Lord healed them all. Two different men had eye issues after praying for them, we had them read things on the bulletin board which they were seeing without limitations. We rebuked that spirit of addiction off each one of them and saw many changed faces. We prayed for the baptism of the Holy Spirit over them as a group and many received their prayer language. Interestingly enough, the administrator, Elias, had been teaching them about raising their expectations for the power of the Holy Spirit to move in their lives, not knowing that we would be coming to visit them nor knowing what we would be doing. They invited us to stay and eat lunch with the men, what an honor. We were so blessed to see the Lord touching each and everyone of them in different ways, the Lord was showing them, “See how much I care for you”.

Wednesday evening we once again had a hour video. As a trainee was praying for a woman with lung issues we spoke new lungs into this lady and we had her walk and take deep breaths. Her breathing capacity was increasing as she stepped out and put her faith into action. As this was going on a commotion erupted in the group, one of the trainees laid hands on a lady next to her, who also had lung issues, and repeated the words we spoke over our lady speaking a creative miracle of new lungs. The lady cried out and came up and told the story of how this happened, and she got her new lungs also. The whole groups faith erupted. Our young Christian man 15 days in the Lord, Juan, came up and wanted to be a part of everything going on, he is hungry to learn. Juan reminded me of the crippled beggar in Acts 3 who got healed. Acts 3:8 “then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.” Acts 3:10 “And they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.” Juan prayed over a lady for her eyes, astigmatism, and she was healed able to read perfectly, as she put her faith into action by reading. Several got prayed over by the trainees, and they experienced a lot of heat going on in their bodies, some had feelings of movement and adjustment as the trainees had their hands on them which brought tears of relief.
After this a young man of about 30, Andres, came up to us and said he was a drug addict and had recently got out of a rehab center, he admitted that while he was in there he was still using. He said he had tried to get free of drugs, but nothing was working, which lead us to ask him how long he had been on drugs he said 7 years. We asked him hold long he had been in rebellion, he said 7 years. I asked him, “Do you remember the words you spoke 7 years ago that started the rebellion?” and he said yes “I can do what I want to do, no body is going to tell me what to do”, Andres knew exactly the words that brought a lot of problems into his life. I had him face all the people and renounce and repent of those words he spoke 7 years ago, he was willing to speak that off of himself. After this we laid hands on him and broke that spirit of addiction, he was slain in the spirit and while he was on the floor a demon was manifesting and in the name of Jesus he was delivered. While he was on the floor the trainee, Maria, came up and said the Lord gave her a vision of darkness fleeing off Andres. I had her lay hands on him and pray over him. Andres got up off the floor a different man his countenance had changed and he said he felt a freedom he hasn’t had for a longtime.
While this was going on Joyce got called to the back of the church to minister to a lady, Martha, who had a demonic presence manifesting in her. Joyce began by looking in her eyes, and as she did, the demon was speaking though Martha and said, “Her eyes are mine, I don’t what her to serve the Lord”. Finally after about 10 minutes Joyce, through the power of the Holy Spirit, cast out a spirit of loneness and a spirit of sensuality. Martha noticed a great amount of freedom, and all fear was gone. There was an unbelievable amount of the power of the Holy Spirit bringing deliverance, and healings of all types. The Lord was pouring out his compassion on His people.
Thursday, day 10, we left Pastor Wilmur’s house in the am and we are to meet Jorge and Angela, the interpreter, plus Pastor Al Pedio in route to go and visit Augosto, 78 years old, who was in an elderly home outside of town up partially into the mountains. Augosto was a man we prayed for a year ago for new lungs, and we believe he received his new lungs, he was a man that smoked for 60 years. He was in the care center and had been restricted to breathing with oxygen due to a bad case of pneumonia. He was so excited to see us again, we talked with him on many items about his relationship with the Lord, and how if he gave you new lungs he’s not going to take them away if you are not in good fellowship with Him. Condemnation does not come from your father in heaven, but from the enemy of your soul, he said his prayer life has been greatly effected because of the feeling of condemnation. We prayed over his lungs, his bladder, prostate, and broke a spirit of fear off him. He then got baptized in the Holy Spirit and began speaking in tongues. He said he felt heat when we grew out his legs, and a relief in his body. After this we had him walk the long hallway by his room, his breathing was improving. His joy was being restored, along with a new prayer language.
Thursday evening, as we were going to Pastor Wilmur’s church for our final evening before departure, we were asked to stop at a home close by to pray over the husband and wife who were too sick to come to church. We had the trainees pray over the lady for high blood pressure, female issues, nervous condition and fear, after that we talked to her about forgiveness and asked if there was anyone in this home she had not forgiven, she said her husband. She asked him to come up and there was a lot of healing in the family
8. both physically and emotionally. We prayed for the husband for blood pressure, colon issues and diarrhea. We felt the Lord was healing many issues and their was a peace that was not there earlier. The daughter asked us to pray over a big bump above her eye, she said she was to go in for surgery on the 16th of December. We cursed the infection, she checked her eye and said the bump got soft and the pain was gone. We believe it will all be gone overnight, thank you Jesus, for touching that whole family. There was a sweet presence of Jesus in that home.
This would be a night of impartation, we could pray over each of the trainee’s hands to anoint them to go out with what they been taught and lay hands on the sick and see them recover, Mark 16:15-18. Before that we had some trainees come up and pray over people for various issues. A young boy about 15, came up asked for prayer for acid reflux, after the trainee prayed over him, we asked him if there was unforgiveness in his life and he said yes he had issues with his dad, so after talking with him he said he was ready to forgive him. He did forgive him, and walked away with a big smile and was happy again, and he got quick relief of acid reflux. An older lady was prayed over, by the trainee, for her hearing and while that was going on the Lord healed her eyes also. We had two teams working, Joyce coached one and I the other. Joyce’s team had, a lady with lower back pain healed, a man with back pain and on the side on his leg healed. A older lady came up to my team with a written list of about six items, the trainee prayed over each one as I coached him and one by one she was healed of all except one and that one we had her use her faith to believe for it.
Finally all the trainees, about 22, were anxiously waiting so they came up one by one and Joyce and I laid hands on their hands and prayed an impartation of the Holy Spirit over them. This was very powerful and many received words for the Lord, many were slain in the Spirit. After the trainees the rest of the church came up and we prayed over them. The Pastors were all prayed over, the interpreters Jorge and Angela, everyone in the room was touched by the Holy Spirit. Then the Pastor came up and laid hands on Joyce and I, the whole church stood in with them, it was really powerful and Pastor spoke some powerful words into out ministry with many more miracles to follow us. What a blessed evening we did not want to see it come to an end. Many strong relationships developed especially with Pastor Wilmur and his family who took us to the airport very early the next day. They were so grateful for us coming, it was tough on all to say goodbye.
As God word says: “Apart from me you can do nothing”. We thank the Lord for what he did on this trip, the miracles, the healings, the salvations and all those baptized in the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues, Joyce and I make no claim on any of this we say: ”Look what the Lord has done”. Thanks you Jesus!
“Here we are Lord, send us” Isaiah 6:8 9.
Notes on the trip:
A prophetic word was spoken to us before we left was: “That a young Pastor and his wife will become life long friends and there will be much inner healing” . We believe that was Pastor Wilmur and his wife Eddica.
We took I believe 58 training books on “How to heal the sick” and when we were done training at three churches and all the trainees got their books all 58 were handed out and no trainee was without a book. The amount we took was perfect.
The lady that we prayed over for cancer in Jorge and Angela’s building, we heard that she got a reaction from the med’s she was taking, her body was rejecting it because she was healed.
Juan, the 15 day old Christian, his mother showed up at the last night, we didn’t recognize her, the joy of the
Lord was all over her, she had on bright clothes and a big smile. We both said who is that woman?
The two men that worked for Jorge, who prayed to receive Jesus, who were installing the decking material, commented to Jorge the next day and said: There was some kind of power there when those people prayed over us especially that woman, we could hardly stand up and had to brace ourselves so we did not fall over. The power of the Holy Spirit was very present when they prayed to receive Jesus, and when they received their prayer language.
We have been receiving testimonies of Pastor Alpidio’s church of various healings, because of the trainees and interpreters praying over people. Thank you Jesus!
We were extremely blessed by all three churches and their pastors and the freedom they gave us to minister, and the people the Lord chose as trainees. Thank you Holy Spirit for the many who are now free.
